Voice Chat not working despite correct audio settings

Description of Issue - It's impossible to hear the in-game voice chat from anyone. When trying to speak, the microphone icon may light up for other players in the crew, but no sound will be heard. All input and output options are set up correctly for all players. Neither players in the pre-made crews or in filled random crews can hear each other.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Throughout the Server Slam
Repro steps - Might be related to the usage of VPN services? Multiple people from multiple countries (Ukraine, Russia and Austria) had this issue.
