Performance Issues

Description: This is a report on the recognized performance issues on PC. I get low GPU usage, extremely high CPU usage, fps ceiling between 80 and 100. I overall get less fps on Dire Marsh than in Perimeter, but in the clip I am uploading I was recording through OBS on the indicated display capture and I was getting around 50 fps and can be seen in the video.

My PC specs are as following, and well above the minimum and recommended specs (I would hope to be able to play at around 144 fps while streaming at 60 like I do in most other games, like Arc Raiders, without an issue):
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor
- RAM: 32 GB DDR4

Link to the video: https://youtu.be/-agI42njtJI You can see the NVIDIA overlay top-right of the screen. A couple stutters are also visible in the video. The game usually doesn't perform THAT bad. I had to end the recording in order to have enough performance to play decently.
