FPS 70 -110

Currently getting anywhere between 70 - 110 fps depending on if I have graphics set to max settings or low settings. At some point during play it'll just dip and stay below 90 fps until I restart the game.

• Intel Core i9 14th Gen 14900HX 1.6GHz Processor; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090; 32GB DDR5-5600 RAM
