Graphics/ fps ceiling

Ryzen 7 7700x B650 motherboard 4060ti 32 GBs of ddr5 ram Have mixed between high settings on 1440p getting 130fp then drops to 100 then stops gets stuck around 80 to 90 fps Dropped to medium settings will never go higher the 120 fps then drop to 90 randomly as well
