Self revive killing me upon use

Most recent occurence: 1030AM CST roughly(plus minus 45 minutes)
Three separate times I have used a self revive to similar effect. The yellow revive ring appears, completes the circle and then I immediately die as if I had given up or a player had finished me. First two times I assumed I didn’t see a shot or something, but the last time I attempted it I know I hadn’t been shot, I wasn’t in line of sight.

We understand that self-reviving is killing you in Marathon. This does sound strange to us. If you have video footage demonstrating this issue, please consider uploading it to a site like Youtube, and linking us to it here. We'll then investigate.
Just tested again and again, completed the yellow revive circle and died
I just had the same issue. Was not taking any damage, and was in cover. Once the ring was fully complete, I instantly died instead of being revived.
Playing as Triage, on steam.
Same here, as Triage. 9:55 PM CST on perimeter 3/15/26. This is the second time this has happened. Steam ID THExDEVINE.
I'm affected by the same bug, I just made a post also please take a look. I've even uploaded a video link of the issue. I've tried redownloading the game and that didnt work.
This has happened to me 2-3 times as well. Hoping it gets fixed without requiring uploading footage to YouTube.
