PC Performance

The game is beautiful and great but.......i have a pretty high end pc and its running kind of bad i get a nice 120-130ish ive seen 150 on perimeter only,but it like POI i get like 80-90 which for my specs i shouldn't be getting, PLEASE PLEASE add a Frame generation setting or something im begging.
