9800x3d bottlenecked in this game.

Hi. I have 32 GB of RAM, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and an RTX 5070. I play at 1080p.

I’m seeing very high CPU load: ~75–80% overall, and some cores are hitting 95–99%. Is this normal? At the same time, my GPU usage is only around 50–60%.

This is the first game that has pushed my CPU this hard.
