[Minor visual bug] - Reflective material doesn't update/interact with world correctly - changes depending on angle

• Description of Issue - Material of a plastic cloth changes aspect while looking at it depending on angle. Material reflection updates weirdly.

• Repro steps - Stand in front of object and look around.

• Rough Date and Time of issue - 01 03 - around 1PM (GMT+1)

• Location - Dire Marsh - Bio-Research - Main building, next to a door. (Forgot to take screen of map sry) I believe its around here : (red point)
