FPS too low and don't change whatever the settings (low to highest)

My FPS is too low : up to 70 in game.

This rigs can run hunt showdown, BF6, CoD up to 120 fps (never under 90) on ultra settings with DLSS quality.

The exception being Arc Raiders at 90.

But 70 or average 60 is not playable.

laptop Asus ROG SCAR15-G533ZX-LN015W

Intel I9 12900

NVidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti laptop (16Gb DDR 5)

64Gb RAM 2To SSD (NvMe)

2k external screen (144hz, GSync active)

I play on a 1440p external screen (144Hz), GSync activated. Same issue with my laptop screen 1440p (240Hz)

I notice that my CPU and GPU are not warm. All my  games make my GPU up to 80 degree. Marathon never go above 75 degree like the GPU is not loaded.

Edit: confirmed, my GPU is less than 25% usage !  Hope the next Drivers that nvidia withdrawed at last minute will fix the issue !
