9070XT HEAVY Framerate drops

Rig:

• AMD Ryzen 7 7800x-3d
• 32GB DDR5
• AMD 9070xt
• 3440x1440 175hz monitor
• Most recent drivers via AMD Adrenaline. No extra background processes, minus discord. No streaming.

• Issue: would randomly get significant drops in FPS, going from 120-150 down to 30fps. Most the time in battle with players, but whether it was one enemy runner or two other squads, no difference. Alt-tabbing out would fix issues temporarily for a few minutes, but not a great temp fix for this style of game. Tried restarts, tried dropping to lowest of settings, same issues occured.

Was quite excited for this and would like to play on launch, but unsure if I can with such a heavy hit on performance for most of the game...
