GPU and CPU utilization

My build is a 4070TI, intel 13600K, 32Gb of 3200Mhz DDR5. Installed on a 1tb samsung M.2 Nvme drive. 

I benchmarked a little bit, but not every graphical setting.

At 1920x1080 with DLAA enabled with graphical settings on low and Distance LOD settings at medium the GPU was sitting at 38-44% utilization. My CPU would be at 54-60% utilization with an avg temp of the cores hitting 83 Degrees Celsius. (I've never personally had this chip get this hot with other games similar to this, so I was a little concerned until I heard about some others CPU issues.) Avg FPS was 93

With Performance DLSS in place of DLAA, and the same settings GPU utilization avg is 33% and CPU is 64% with some CPU core temps spiking to 94 Degrees Celsius. Avg FPS 110.
