CPU: i7 12700f

GPU: RTX 3090

RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz

I run the game at all low settings, turning DLSS on doesnt change my performace at all. Im guessing this is due to the high cpu use compared to gpu. In calm areas I can hit high 90s but soon drop to 70-80 (and sometimes high 60s when a lot is going on) when in combat.
