Nividia frame generation not available in settings and low frames

Im really enjoying the server slam but lack of frame generation option is a deal breaker for me, im playing on 4060 laptop but on external QHD monitor and im getting roughly 60 fps. Will there be frame generation option in the full launch of the game ?
