GPU running at 100% in Codex skin viewer
- Bungie Account Name - SomebodyDead#9763
- Platform - Steam, i9 13700K, NVIDIA RTX 3070, 64gb RAM
- Description of Issue - Looking at skins in the character viewer the GPU usage is maxed out, I haven't noticed any issues in game, but it seemed odd to me that it's working so hard in that context.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - Today, right now
- Repro steps - Viewing Thief (or any skin) in the codex with "v"

- The spikes in the performance are from tabbing back into the game and rotating the model a little, usage stays high if I stay in game.
