Bug Report - Game crashes on launch

* Platform - Steam

* Description of Issue - The game crashes on launch.

* Rough Date and Time of issue - This first started happening approximately 4:30am PST on 27 February. Prior to this I was able to play for about 3.5 hours across 26 and 27 February.

* Repro steps - I *think* I was attempting to change graphics settings and the game quit to the desktop. I relaunched the game and it loaded past the title screen and into the main menu, then the game crashed again. Every subsequent attempt to launch the game results in a crash after clicking past the screen. Link below (every attempt looks like the video below, crashing at roughly the same time):
