FPS drop after day 2 patch

I got back on after the update and even though I’m getting around 144 in 4k it feels like 50-60 and feels so stuttery and laggy. I have a 4090 and a 13900k so it’s not like I don’t have the rig for it. Idk something is up it was so smooth before. My teammates were saying they were experiencing the same thing as well
