ERROR - Weasel

Bungie Account Name - axus7#1783

Platform - Steam

Description of Issue - I followed many "tutorials" on how to resolve the disconection issues such as netsh winsock reset, ipconfig /flushdns, release and renew. Rebooted router, restarted computer, verified files, un-installed and re-installed game. Nothing works once completed. I was able to play for a bit today then started receiving the error message. As soon as I ready-up and deploy counts down. I receive the loading screen, then black screen with red error message. Sometimes I'll get "chicken", mainly receive weasel though. 
Rough Date and Time of issue - All day EST timezone, started early morning on the 27th and has continued.
Repro steps - Launch game, tap spacebar, load into game, click "PREPARE", click "SELECT ZONE", click to turn "Fill" off, click "READY UP", click "RUN", receive the loading screen and then red error "weasel".

ISP: Verizon fios currently receiving 880-900+ down and 900+ up and hardwire/ethernet.

 

I've already tried rebooting my modem/router, netsh winsock reset, ipconfig /flushdns, release, renew, changing dns to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4, made steam, client and launcher all launch as admin, deleted all files, uninstalled and re-installed. No clue what's going on. Need to be able to hit lv30 before the server slam is over. Thanks.
