Frames tanking after downloading Day 2 update

On day 1 I had no issues and ran the game very well, but after downloading the Day 2 update this afternoon, I haven't been able to enter a match because the main lobby cannot exceed 10 fps. Before the update I had no issues hitting 170+ and about 130+ in-game.

Running on 9070xt gpu, everything is up to date.
