9800X3D 9070XT Performance issues

PC specs :

CPU:9800x3d

GPU: 9070XT XFX Mercury running 26.2.2. , also have tested on 25.11.1 

RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000mhz cl30

have massive GPU headroom so im getting the same fps on all high or all low.

Both maps here in this test are running worse than the Previous closed test I had played in October. 

Dire Marsh in particular is running exceptionally bad with fps around the 80-100 but i have seen it drop down below 80. 

Please Please Please bungie. this game CAN NOT run worse then Escape from Tarkov.
