Xbox Series X: Getting Stingray error. Haven't been able to sign-in even once in 24 hours.

Hello. On Xbox series X here. Haven't been able to sign in a single time to the server slam since launch. I'm getting stingray error when I launch the game. The error description on your website makes no sense, because xbox doesn't even allow launching a game without signing into a profile + XBL services are fully active and functional.

I have deleted and redownloaded the game once. Power-cycled my console, and my home router several times. Got my xbox off LAN and tried wireless. Heck, even tried connecting Xbox to cellphone data - Still stingray errors.

This is the only error I'm getting and nothing else. Every other game on the console is working, and all online play is fully functional in every other game I'm playing.
