No access to any chat and cant add people to my crew
KidVicious_66#6285 on PS5, I have no restrictions and I can't use any chat features. It says something about permissions, but I'm 43 and by BD was entered as 1982. Also it says I'm in solo mode and cant add people to my crew (lock symbol instead of a plus sign).

Following along here because I've run into a similar issue.
Although my case differs in so far that my son is playing on a PS5 and I am on Steam and no matter what parental control settings I try to change (either on the PS5 as we do have family settings enabled or on Bungie.com) I am unable to unlock the social features. Because of this it's not allowing me to add him as a friend or the other way around so we aren't able to play together.
Granted he is 10 but I would like to be able to change those settings for him through parental controls that don't seem to be working correctly and I'd love to be able to play with him. I am hoping this is resolved before release so that we can team up together when the game comes out. Let me know what information would be helpful for me to provide to help resolve the issue.
I have the same issue for my son’s account. I have linked it to my account and enabled all the permissions but no social features are allowed in game.
Same issue for my son’s account. All permissions look to be correct for both PS account and linked Bungie account. Console sharing enabled on 2nd PS5, all invite/crew fill options are grayed out or locked.
