Mouse sluggish/accelerating/smoothing on high polling rate

Description of Issue - Mouse looking is extremely sluggish in game nearly feeling unplayable. Could be described as "smoothing" or "acceleration" but it more feels like the game is catching up to the extra data being polled by the mouse. It feels like I'm moving my mouse through mud to get the character to look and then there is a burst of acceleration. I don't have this issue in Destiny 2 if that helps. Using a Logitech G Pro Superlight with Logitech G Hub software to modify mouse settings.

Rough Date and Time of issue - It is not intermittent, can be reproduced at will. My username on Discord is xenotyde if you need to contact me for more repro information.

Repro steps - Use a mouse above 1000hz polling rate. The following are instructions on how I reproduce this

1. Go into a run

2. Open Logitech G Hub

3. Set mouse polling >1000hz (ex 4000hz has this issue)

4. Navigate back to the game and move your mouse quickly back and forth to look around. You should see consistent speed ups and slowdowns that are not represented in your own movement.

5. (Workaround) Open G Hub and set polling rate <=1000hz. Navigating back to the game you should no longer feel the slowdown.
