Network issus

Hello I tried for 4hr now to Connect into a Game. First I couldnt even Connect into the Lobby After I went to bed and reinstalling I Managed to get into the Main menu. After 3hr of trying i keep getting the same error that leads me to troubleshooting network help. But nothing is helping on steam it said I aleady have 4 hr playtime! Can someone please help me I really was looking forward to this beta. Thank you
