Constantly crashing every 5 minutes or so

title, I am lucky if I can even start a run but always crash within first min or two in game. Still crashes consistently after 5 mins or so if I am just on menu screen as well. 

  1. Bungie Account Name - OG Meej
    Platform - PC
    Description of Issue - Game crashes after 5 mins no matter what I do, stay on menu or load into game
    Rough Date and Time of issue - 2/26 ~11:00pm-12:00am and just now at 2/27 12:30pm-1pm
    Repro steps - start game
