Can't re-play tutorial mission

I logged in and was playing the tutorial but never got to finish it. Hours later I logged back in thinking I could start from the beginning, I found myself in the main lobby completely bypassing the tutorial. Is there a way to re-play the tutorial mission? Solutions I have tried are uninstall/reinstall, turning off cloud in Steam and also deleting the Marathon folder. When I reinstalled the game it still has all my settings and progress saved even though I thought I deleted everything.
