Description of Issue:
Literally cannot connect to any lobby. If by some miracle I am fast enough to connect, it kicks me out. Always the same code. Weasel.
I'm on ethernet, 2gbps.
I have tried the following:

• VPN
• Different network
• Resetting all network adapters to factory default
• Updating motherboard and network adapers
• ipconfig /flushdns
  netsh winsock reset
  netsh int ip reset
  ipconfig /release
  ipconfig /renew
• Reinstalled the game
• Tried different accounts
• Disabled firewall completely
• Restarted router

Rough Date and Time of issue:
Started around 8am CET and its currently almost 4pm.
Repro steps:
Just log into the game, and either queue or even just sit in the menus etc. No matter what, it always happens.
