Can't see Deluxe Edition cosmetics

Pre ordered Deluxe Edition and they don't appear in the game (but some people have it so idk, maybe it's a bug that they have it and not the other way around)
I got the bug where my account was renamed to RedactedXXXX and i changed it to Val- don't know if it participated in this bug

I also have the same issue, many others reporting they have access to their deluxe content but nothing my end when launching and checking customize tab
