Help me please server slam help me cant play game help me

Hi Im having an issue with the marathon server slam. The game keeps crashing shortly after loading in the game crashes during loading into a game the game crashes during loading after the main menu that tells you to click to continue I think the loading freezes after about 30 seconds ive tried everything im not able to go into the settings and change any settings i cannot launch in safe mode please help thank you
