Game audio sounds underwater

After going through title screen and loading into main menu, the audio seems to compress and sounds underwater. Volume fluctuates and everything sounds fuzzy. I made sure all my audio device inputs and outputs were correct, I messed with spacial audio, I changed around different default audio devices, and I have probably messed with every audio setting in game and on my computer. It seems to only not work with Bluetooth devices. My headset and another speaker both diddnt work, but plug in speakers work. The only headset I own is Bluetooth and when the game sounds bad all the other audio like music or YouTube sound fine. If the audio issue isnt fixed or i cant fix it the game is unplayable for me.
