"Blacked Out/Un-Rendered" Graphics & Textures on PC via AMD Driver (rolled back to 25.8.1)

I can load into the game, find matches, and use my mouse fine, but each session loads me into a map basically full of "blacked out/unrendered" buildings. It's literally unplayable, and I'm forced to quit or run in a "blacked out" map until I die to NPCs.

I have attempted several different settings within GRAPHICS, as well as rolled my drivers back to 25.8.1, but no luck. Any kind of troubleshooting idea, and/or any information regarding a fix would be GREATLY appreciated!
