Wanted to add that I'm also having this issue. I'll let it sit for several minutes, once I let it go for over an hour, to no avail. Been doing this to me all day since everything launched. Saw no responses to this yet and wanted to share I'm also seeing this issue.
I am also having this issue, no luck with any common troubleshooting.
I had this same issue, and let it run for an hour total with various changes each time. Finally fixed it though!
Turns out my VPN (Cloudfare Warp) was the thing stopping it?? Closing the game, turning it off, and booting the game again let it go past the signing in lock. Maybe this has something to do with their anticheat, or maybe because it's just a prerelease? I'm a little worried disabling protection from my whole device just to play this game.
Turning the VPN back on again at any time after passing that screen crashes the game with error code weasel, their generic "failed connection" error. The game is probably expecting certain ports to be open or something.
That fixed it for me kind sir, thank you so much. Didnt realize cloudflare was messing with it like that, but it totally makes sense

i dont have vpn and i have the problem
I’m on ps5 and every time i try to play marathon im stuck on the signing in… screen for over an hour is there a way to solve this.
