    Hey there,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    We understand you're unable to launch the game due to a bad module. This does sound strange, especially given you didn't previously experience issues with the game. For our investigation, could you kindly provide us with the following:

    • The platform you're playing on and if on Steam, your PC model and GPU.
    • A screenshot of the encountered error. If you have one, you can upload it to Imgur, and link us to it here.
    • Your Bungie Account Name.

    Once we receive the above details, we will review them.
