Bungie Answered
Bungie still has a Twitch account linked to my bungie account despite that Twitch account being deleted years ago. It doesn't exist anymore.
I can't change my Twitch link because I can't log into the old account since I deleted my old account yet the ONLY game company that still has residual links to that account is Bungie. I am just permanently locked out of community and twitch events because your "mandatory policy" doesn't respect the fact it would be IMPOSSIBLE to change my twitch account now.
Every other developer website that offers twitch linking doesn't do this. Why bungie? How is this fair?

Is there any way to do the same unlinking but for steam accounts? My Bungie profile for Destiny 2 is linked to a family account, and I've since made a personal Steam account. I would like to be able to link my Destiny 2 and Marathon accounts to the same Steam profile.
