Steam - Game crash if external soundcard is on

I have Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 3rd-gen.
If its OFF game will boot to title screen.
If soundcard ON game crash at launcher.

Worked fine with closed tech test earlier. No idea why the crashing happens now.

    We understand you're experiencing an issue your sound card. In order to effectively investigate what may have caused it, we would like to request more information from you.

    When possible, please share the following with us:

    • Your Bungie Account Name.
    • The type of PC you play on and graphic card you use.
    • Does launching the game in windowed mode reproduce this?
    • Please consider recording a short video or taking screenshots of the issue, uploading it to a site like Youtube or Imgur, and links us to the visuals here.

    Once we have the above details, we will review.

    Bungie: fleimari#0262
    PC:
    -CPU: intel 13700KF
    -GPU: amd 7900XTX
    -32Gb DDR4
    -SoundCard: Focusrite Scarlett 18i20 3rd-gen

    When soundcard is OFF game starts and I did play the tutorial. But as soon as power the soundcard ON game PC will crash and reboot itself.
    This didnt happen in any other games including Destiny2.

    I have this same issue. When using my external audio interface, in my case a scarlet 18i16, my whole entire pc will crash when launching marathon or if I enable my interface while marathon is running. Pretty frustrating as I have to use an old headset to play this game. Does not happen with any other game and I am sure this is the issue.
