BattlEye is required to be running alongside Marathon on PC, but does not appear to be running on your computer.
If you uninstalled BattlEye, try logging into the game to see if it reinstalls on its own. If nothing happens, you can reinstall it by repairing your Marathon game inside your platform's launcher, or by reinstalling Marathon.
