Still broken for me as well. Two weeks of not getting any of my spent rerolls back and the timer on empty ones resetting to 167 hours 59 minutes.

Weekly reset happened, rerolls still at what they were previously. Timer set back to 167 hours.Issue still there, clearly.

Exact same issue here too! Timer rolled over to one week without granting any rerolls back, all other factions for which I have used some but not all rerolls stayed at the same count as well.
