I'm having trouble receiving my Twitch drops from both the first and second games; even though I'm receiving part of it, the weapon skins are missing.

  Knife skins don't appear in the game even when equipped. The knife retains the default skin.

I'm having trouble receiving the Twitch perks (weapon skins) and the PlayStation Plus perks (I redeemed them via PlayStation Plus but didn't receive them in-game even though cross-save is enabled)....
