Twitch drops not received despite being linked

I'm looking to acquire the last two twitch drops that I earned (background and gun skin). I claimed all four items off the same twitch account at the same time, so it's not a linking or timing issu...

Twitch drop cosmetics missing

I have currently received the WeaveWorm emblem and sticker, but have not received the weapon skin or background from Twitch drops, despite claiming all four on the same day from the same account.
