    4090, i9-13900k Utilization

    I'm not getting stutters, but I am getting only 55% GPU utilization with low power draw and only 70% CPU utilization with uncapped frames and the game averaging about 120fps with dips. Graphics set...

    4090, 13900k, similar issues (but not that drastic). Capping at about 120 fps on average with 50% GPU utilization and CPU utilization high but also not maxed out.
