Hello, I have the same issue. I claimed it but it is not in my profile. I exited the game and logged back in but still not available.

Hi Bungie support, Can the team hand out the emblem and background that’s exclusive to playing this mission to everyone who participated in the server slam? That would resolve this issue :)

You can change it back on bungie.net. Just navigate to your profile settings. I had the same issue.

I had to exit the tutorial because I was having a lot of initial issues. I figured I can get back into it but unfortunately it is not possible. Perhaps they can give the badge and background to eve...

3. My name all of a sudden got redacted?

Hello, You should be able to change it back to your original name by going to the 'Identity' Settings on Bungie.net. I had the same issue and I was able to change it back to my original name.
