Cannot sign in on PS5

Bungie ID: snake_D0C22#3701 I cannot access my game. I have over 500 hours in on PS5 deluxe version, and now cannot sign in. I have cleared cache, rebuilt database, deleted and redownloaded game, signed out/in of PSN, verified accounts for game and network, restored license, cleared custom DNS and VPN, cycled router, safe mode boot, and removed all peripherals accessories.

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • The approximate date and time of when this started to happen and the last date and time you were able to sign in successfully
    • Your region and ISP
    • Whether the issue also occurs when connecting the PS5 through a mobile hotspot or another network
    • A video showing exactly where the sign-in process stops
    • A screenshot or exact wording of any error message, including an error code if one appears
    • If you are able to, have you tried logging in with your account on another console or used it through cross play?

    I couldn't sign in 9/4/26, could sign in 9/5/26, and now it is 9/7/27 and I cannot log in again.

    Eastern time zone, Florida, USA, ATT Fiber.

    No additional access to PS5, same issue on backup network.
