Faction rewards STILL cannot be claimed.
UI shows rewards for every level of VIP faction progression for some reason. New rewards cannot be collected.
It's been a week now. Come on.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of this issue preventing VIP Rank Faction rewards from being claimed and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
