"Backpack full" gold mod looting bug

I just had a run on Outpost where we found a gold circuit breaker mod in one of the Pinnacle boxes, but we couldn't pick it up. It said "Backpack full" for all of us, and we didn't have a Circuit Breaker to try attaching it to.

We were able to "drop" it from the box, but we still couldn't pick it up. Again, it just said Backpack Full for all of us, despite us having plenty of space for it.

This was playing on PC, though I'm not sure what platform my teammates were on.
