The DLSS Frame Generation doesn't works

Description of Issue - DLSS Frame Genereation doesn't generate the frames; in fact, it couses frame drops. Without Frame generation, i have 140 fps (in the menu), but with frame generation, it drops to 90-100 fps. In cryo archive for example, it drops to 50-60 fps with and without frame generation. I previously had a stable 140 fps in cryo archive with frame generation before the update.
Rough Date and Time of issue - It happened after this recent update
Repro steps: i've uploaded a video to Google drive about it.

I have the same problem. Newest update broke frame generation on Nvidia somehow. Now I have 60 FPS with frame generation on Night Marsh, where I had 120 before. Maybe other maps are affected too
Just wanted to comment that I am having the exact same issue as described by this poster after yesterdays update went live. Frame Generation (at least nVidia Frame Generation) is completely borked for me and a few people I've talked to. It's like it's not initializing correctly, you can see the menu glitch out as you try to apply the setting.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon because I'm lowkey not going back to playing until it is.

I'm grateful for this post because I'm also noticing something broke with Frame Generation after the mid-season update. I had terrible FPS for S1 [20-30], Frame Generation [AMD FSR AA Intel XeSS Frame Gen] was giving me 60-120 fps and it was lifechanging. Now I'm back to terrible FPS, and getting random error codes I've never seen before like rutabaga.
