Account Security Appeal – Unauthorized Twitch Account Linked to My Bungie Account

Bungie.net : GLDN_29#8398 PlayStation : GLDN_29 Hello Bungie Support, I am contacting you regarding the Twitch account currently linked to my Bungie.net account. After experiencing security issues involving my email address and passwords, I ended up with a fraudulent Twitch account linked to my Bungie account. I cannot log into it, authenticate into it, or manage its connections. Because of this, I cannot unlink it from my Bungie account or link my legitimate Twitch account. According to Bungie’s policy, I contacted Twitch Support. After a lengthy exchange that lasted several weeks, Twitch Support has replied that they do not have visibility into the account connection status on the developer's side and recommended that I contact Bungie directly. This leaves me stuck between Bungie and Twitch: Bungie’s policy says the Twitch account cannot be removed without Twitch authentication; Twitch says they cannot troubleshoot this further and that Bungie has better visibility; I cannot authenticate into the linked Twitch account because it does not belong to me and is most likely fraudulent and intrusive. This means I have no available path to fix an unauthorized third-party Twitch account link on my Bungie account. Could Bungie please escalate this as a security issue or unauthorized third-party account link? I can provide proof of ownership for: my Bungie.net account; my legitimate Twitch account; my platform accounts connected to Bungie; Twitch Support's response referring me back to Bungie.
