character stuck in cryo

- Description of Issue - I was in a run with my group in cryo and got stuck while jumping down into the pit beneath the central control room to grab the compiler trace. My character model some how was wedged in between the pipes and I was not able to move at all. Even after being downed by AI I was not able to crawl or even be res'd. I unfortunetaly do not have video showing the interaction.
