OUTPOST - PERMANENT HEAT CASCADE DMG + OVERHEAT

Description of Issue - Got overheated in the heat cascade on outpost. The dmg/over time effect remained active at 3 seconds left but never decayed further. Ended up dying- tried to find a mechanic's kit but couldn't.
Rough Date and Time of issue - July 15th, around 2:00 EST
Repro steps - Unknown, first time seeing this in 250+ hours
