Final Exfil did not spawn on Cryo Archive

- Description of Issue - Final Exfil did not spawn on Cryo Archive
- Rough Date and Time of issue - UTC+5, 2026.07.04, 01:34 (end of run time)
- Repro steps - No idea, we finished Vault 6, then ran for a Final Exfil, checked all 4 possible spawns - nothing

There are 3 player screenshots, 2 inventory screenshots one of which contains subroutine 6 and a footage of us checking all 4 possible spawns and finding nothing.
If it is indeed a bug and not a skill issue, is it possible for us to get codex entries for lost subroutine 6?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues exfilling from Cryo Archive. Please note that the final exfil on Cryo Archive works differently than on other maps, and the location will not be highlighted on the map. In the event it had not, while we are unable to manually credit anything that was lost from our end, to help us investigate any issue that might have happened, can you move any videos you may have showing the issue to one of the media-sharing websites listed below?
