Woke up to an inventory missing many items (weapons)

This is the most bizarre thing. Yesterday, my vault was maxed out when I logged out at 480/480. Today, I log in and my vault is sitting at 321/480, and apparently, I'm only missing a whole bunch of guns. I had at least 5 gold guns sitting in my vault collecting dust, and a whole bunch of Twin Tap's (at least 4, maybe 5 or 6), a sniper or 2 I think, and maybe a couple more I'm not remembering.. Now I'm sitting at just 1 gold weapon, a twin tap, and few smaller guns like a couple magnums, a bully, couple kkvs and wstrs, and a d54. I'm so confused. The loadout I logged out with yesterday is still equipped, down to the items in my bag I left in there, so it's not like someone got on my account and played.. My credits are still super low at 6k, so they weren't somehow sold. What is the world is going on??

    Please provide the following details to add to your report:

    • Your Platform
    • The approximate date and time you last confirmed the items were in your vault
    • The approximate date and time you first noticed the items were missing
    • A list of the missing items, including names and how many of each are missing if possible
    • Whether the missing items were only in your vault, or if any were equipped / in your backpack?
    • Whether the items are still missing after fully restarting the game and logging back in?
    • Any screenshots or video showing the missing items before, or your current vault/inventory now?
    • Any other details that may help, including anything you did before logging out or when logging back in

    If you have a video, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.

    Also missing the very first mizzy I've found in season 2, so that's great.. Found that one yesterday. What is going on here? Has this happened to anyone? Is there anything I can do?? This is legit weird. I'm racking my brain as to what could have happened.. I don't see any other posts of people missing items, so is this just me?!

    • 7/2 maybe around 1-3 AM EST
    • First noticed today, 7/2, when I first logged in around 2pm EST
    • List of items to the best of my knowledge below
    • Only items in my vault are missing, which makes this extra weird.  My equipped items and backpack were all untouched from when I logged out last night
    • Did a full restart, still missing
    • Included a screenshot of what my vault looked like the moment I logged in today.  Unfortunately, I don't have any documentation of the missing items
    • The missing items appear to be confined to guns only.  As far as I can tell, nothing else from my vault is missing other than these guns.  It makes no sense..  I played a couple of Perimeter matches with some random guys last night.. My last match was especially lucrative with a full server squad wipe and a station key. I found a mizzy this match (first I've found in S2) and I remember putting it and a bunch of other good loot into my vault last night before logging out..  I was about to play one more with the loadout from the screenshot but decided against it.  Then I logged in today and everything was missing.  I didn't do anything different or strange as far as I can remember.

    List of items missing (best that I can remember)

    • Golden BR-33 with purple mods
    • Golden V85 Circuit Breaker with purple mods
    • Golden V99 Sniper with purple mods
    • Golden KKV with purple mods (I actually just got this item and a gold backpack yesterday from a quest chain I completed)
    • 5-6 Twin Taps with blue/purple mods
    • Fully purple Impact H-AR (Found in the same game I found the Mizzy last night)
    • Misriah all purple mods (I remember i put the purple Fast Mag I had sitting around in my vault)
    • Demolition HMG (All purple mods except the shield I think was missing)
    • M77 with all blue mods
    • 2x V75 Scars with blue mods (maybe a single green mod on each)
    • v66 Lookout all blue mods
    • 1 or 2 Longshots with blue/purple mods
    • BRRT with blue/green mods
    • 1 Unique Magnum
    • Maybe 1 or 2 other Magnums with blue/green mods

    What in the world could have caused this?!  Is there anyway we can reset my profile to before I logged out last night??
