Missing Unique Mizzy Shotgun / Potential Stash Data Loss After Matchmaking Queue

Issue Description:

I am reporting a bug regarding an item completely disappearing from my vault without cause. A unique Mizzy shotgun has vanished from my stash, and I believe other items may potentially be missing as well.

Pre-Conditions:

  • My vault was not full.

  • There was absolutely no overflow state on my stash when this occurred.

  • I had safely exfilled the unique Mizzy shotgun in a previous session, placed it directly into my vault, and did not equip or use it again.

Timeline & Details of the Incident:

  1. Last Night (Active Session): I played several matches, primarily using the Triage, Destroyer, and Assassin classes. I did not touch or equip the unique Mizzy shotgun in my vault.

  2. Ending the Session: At the end of the night, I switched to the Rook class and queued up for a match.

  3. The Trigger: I was unable to find a game while in the matchmaking queue as Rook. Without entering a match, I canceled/backed out of the queue, closed the game, and went offline.

  4. Today (Logging In): Upon logging back in today, the unique Mizzy shotgun is entirely gone from my vault.

Given that the disappearance occurred between queuing up as Rook and logging back in today, I suspect the character state or a database sync error during that specific canceled matchmaking queue may have caused a rollback or localized data loss in my vault.

Could you please investigate the logs for my account around this timeframe to see if the item can be tracked or if this points to a wider stash synchronization bug?
